The Interior Carpenter / Wall Cladding & Flooring Installer is responsible for the accurate installation of interior finishes in tiny houses, including wall cladding, paneling, and flooring, This role requires precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team to deliver high-quality tiny homes that meet design and safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Measure, cut and install paneling, wall cladding, flooring and trime with accuracy
- Works well with other departments
- Able to read blueprints, design specs, and drawings.

The Framing Carpenter is responsible for building the structural framework of tiny houses and modular units, ensuring strength, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. This role requires precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood or metal framing components to create a solid foundation for interior and exterior construction.
Key Qualifications:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and framing layouts
- Construct floor systems, wall frames, roof trusses, and other structural components.
- Ensure framing is square, level, and structurally sound.
- Install sheathing, blocking, and bracing as required.
